I loved Methodist the company. Takes care of employees w bonuses and education opportunities.

Leadership. When u have You have been there for a long time they tend to show loyalty towards tenured employees. Usually these employees have connections with HR representatives in higher ups. It’s hard to try and move around if your manager doesn’t want you to it’s hard to report non-professional behaviors when you know it’s gonna go nowhere
