The pay is competitive but not right at the start.

Kontras

Under pretext of company values acronym called ICARE, they will bend the rules and regulations, policies and anything they previously promised you and adjust it the way it fits them best, usually against employees. There is no loyalty towards the employees and they never negotiate. If you want to leave, they will hurry and open the door for you.
