      Great organization, extremely flexible, and benefits are great.

      Kontras

      Salary is horrible!! When moving up or moving to different departments within the organization you are only given pennies. Many have have said you have to leave for a months and re-apply back to get the salary you deserve.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are focused on providing a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes competitive pay, PTO, holiday pay and two retirement savings plans. We review compensation for all roles across our system at least annually to ensure that they remain competitive with the market.       Advocates for obtaining certifications while providing assistance to cover cost, quarterly trainings to maintain patient safety and provide quality care across the hospital system
