Company has a young, self-driven, laid back atmosphere. Wear what you want to work, some flexibility with management/schedules, company provided lunch Monday, Wednesday, Friday. There is a good chance management sends someone out for beers on Fridays (just ask). Most holidays and all birthdays are celebrated too. Yearly company wide trips (amusement parks, casino's, etc) too. Plenty of opportunity for fun.
Employees have direct access to mid & senior management. Management is always open for ideas and suggestions, and often will implement them. Rarely do you see anyone needing to pull rank here. Your experience here is ultimately what you make of it. Employees have plenty of opportunity to learn a wide range of technical skills from very experienced people in their respective fields (development, programming, networking, . server administration, etc). Management offers in-depth lessons and training beyond your daily responsibilities if you choose to participate.
Compensation is typical to the responsibilities you hold here. Don't expect to be able to sit on the phones/computer all day doing nothing for $20/hour. This isn't that kind of gig. With that being said, there certainly is room for growth for those who show the drive to demand it and who are willing to work hard for it. Company offers nice benefits as well.
