      you are made to learn everything on your own

      Forget your personal time , they just dont bother about you . All they want is to slog . They expect to work everyday even after 8 pm even if your a girl. The guys sit till 1 or 2 am till the work isnt over . Even after that there are no compensation given

      It's a good company, you get to learn a lot if you are in the right team. They do give you good amount of time to learn things and take things with your pace.
