Management expects you to do your job (which is IN THE FIELD) under their expectations and boundaries. They have no respect for the personal lives of field workers as they schedule the appointments for you (up to over an hour drive) and at the availability of the clients (who are day/care aged children with working parents). Managements never lifts a finger or leave their offices at that. They will manage you virtually and expect you to keep up with their fabricated work/life environment where everyone is expected to cooperate like close collegues when you barely even have time to see all of your clients. You will be given a laptop to take home (NO PERSONAL USE) and this is only because you are expected to keep up with deadlines, even under unordinary conditions like someone left and you were given their entire caseload of 50. Management will never take blame, that is why you are there, to be used as the reason compliance is down in their explanations to the board. TOO MANY MEETINGS = STALL PRODUCTION Management holds so many meetings (multiple a week) to appear busy, however, they never work directly with the CLIENTS! However, if a clients manages to reach management, you will be punished and seen responsible. Finally, you can see it clear as daylight by looking at their turn over rate. They breeze over it in orientation, however, these number DO NOT lie and are RED FLAGS!

Great management team, flexibility, excellent benefits, CEO is very kind and personable. Overall a great environment to work in and I enjoyed my time with them.
