As a manager at HomeLight, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside a company that truly values its people. Over the past year, I’ve seen firsthand how leadership sets high expectations while also providing the support, tools, and encouragement needed to meet them. No workplace is perfect, especially in a growing company, but I’ve always felt that HomeLight is willing to evolve, listen, and make changes when feedback is given thoughtfully.
