I had a fantastic team at my store. Very creative, hardworking, and reliable. Pay for Vegas wasn't bad. Helped customers create some very beautiful custom pieces.

Corporate of "The Warehouse" is basically 5 people. The tech guy thinks he owns the joint. No communication whatsoever. You don't learn about something until several days later. Policies change by the day, by the store, by the IT guys says so. The custom program is a joke. Who is measuring the fabric that you think you need?

If you have a good team with a strong leader it's can be a fun place to work. There are a lot of ways to be creative with the store decor. The customers can be really nice and fun to work with.

Overall, the corporate office does not care about the stores nor employees.The company has almost no benefits for full-time/management. They only offer vacation time. Those that work in corporate do not know what it is like to work in a store and they have really high expectations that stores really can not meet without cooperation from corporate.
