Pros

Company values their employees to a great extent, doesnt miss a chance to celebrate any occasion to make the employees feel appreciated. A lot of it depends on how grateful you are for what company does for you. Its a good place for the start of one’s career. Management is easily reachable for any work related concerns employee has.

Kontras

Its the BMs who only want staff to work like robots 24*7, no work life balance. You are Accountable for every leave you take. They get to decide the reasons of leave to be important or not while BMs get to take leave as many days as they want without any approvals to be taken from their bosses. Leaves given also will be treat as an obligation done by BM. Only when targets and numbers are struggling to be achieved they are awaken. Updates are to be given to not 1/2 but to numerous other seniors and 10 sheets to be filled for the same data. RMs are expected to work here 24hrs, additionally also on weekends. BMs cant do their only simplest role - Work on data, help his/her staff to devote time completely to sales/ disbursals.
