Supervision , Management and Senior Management are all paid very well , shop-floor workers get paid the bare minimum , some are now just about getting the Minimum Pay for the UK . Making life extremely hard, when HR are questioned on this matter , they tell you they will help you put together a CV to apply for new jobs! Shameful considering Hologic earns Billions per year worldwide.
