The new senior leadership is working to change the corporate culture and they are interested in improving employee engagement. There are 3 distinct divisions and I love the division I work in - Breast and Skeletal Health Division. We now have strong focused leaders that will make sure we continue to have the "best in class" products and solutions. I truly feel part of the big picture even though I have a small role in the corporation.

The corporate culture shift may be hard to buy in to for some of the longer termed employees who have gone thru the different leadership changes over the years but new employees should feel the positive culture immediately.
