During my times of training I felt the department was great and prepared me for the field. Always showed a lot of energy and passion. Early management was supportive and had the desire to develop each rep on their team.
Kontras
Prior to the merger of Cytyc/Hologic the corporate culture was much more caring and people felt like their was a true concern for their well-being and the family unit was a priority in the work-balance. After, it became...lets just say...more like "politics". Not a company I was proud to be a part of.
