Career development, mentorship, work/life balance, compensation, upper management, and employee appreciation were all sub-par. In fairness, there had been MUCH instability in the company the past few years. Many rounds of layoffs, projects cuts, and constant change among the VP, GM, and CEO ranks made working there very difficult. However, there weren't enough reasons to encourage employees to stick it out with the company. Additionally, there were very few reassuring signs that better times were on the horizon.
