The only good thing is the company culture, they emphasize a lot on festivities and celebrations. Team environment is very good, seniors are very supportive and great planners in some teams.

HR policies are borderline harassment, management is the worst who can't think beyond their selfish goals and will stand against the welfare of employees. There is zero chances of growth and you'll become a day-to-day laborer if you join here. The career takes a dip and the mental state of the employees faces depression after joining here. The management especially of Aeronautical Navigation department needs a total overhaul. Pay grade isn't that good too neither are the increments and promotions, just enough to live on hand to mouth basis. Any extra efforts that the employees put are thoroughly ignored and rewards are non existent.
