Great product that is solving real problems, for a massive industry. Customers who love what we do (and really want to buy it!). Great team and leadership, feels like we're all aligned to build something special...and there is a clear vision on who we are, what we want to be and where the company is going. A unique level of transparency / access from the leadership team.
Kontras
Constant balancing act, a ever changing and dynamic environment, which can be stressful at times. It's a good problem to have (growing so quickly) but there is a lot to do and as is the case with start-ups, no crystal clear playbook for everything. I feel growing pains sometimes as roles / needs / teams evolve. But I think this is hard to avoid where there is fast growth.
