The pay is low $20 an hour. They assign you more work but never raise your pay. Also, with the economy that we're currently in, you think they'd offer a raise or some type of incentive for perks, but they're not going to do that high turnover. I've lost several friends and co-workers being in this position. I too am looking at the front door. As soon as I find something better do not work for this company!!! At this point they need to fall in line with other help desks positions that are paying $30 to $40 an hour and our remote people got bills. They got families. Got to realize that. Also training sucks. You really got to take time to streamline your training and to ensure that your technicians understand everything they've learned and can actually fully function. Not just taking an hour or 45 minutes to show something real quick to somebody and expect them to get it and then tell them his some notes. You can read on it and figure it out yourself later. That's not the way to go. That is not the way!!
