Layoffs every now and then- Cannot trust if your job is existing tomorrow morning. Lack of trust in employees. India Services Management is not capable .(hired all the wrong leaders including the latest hire). No growth path is shown to employees. Not at all an employee friendly company. There are some favorite people at the leadership and they are running the show at the mercy of employees work life balance.
