Pros

Work-from-home, flexibility. Good yearly raises and bonuses.

Kontras

Corporate bureacracy. IT policies that restrict creativity. 400 forms to fill out to get anything done. Nearly impossible to be creative. Even though you can work-from-home, you basically have to work 12 hours a day to be successful at anything, due to slowness of systems and navigating the bureacracy.

Corporate Finance is TOXIC! run far away if you can. Constantly doing RIFs, will gaslight you and blacklist you if you even try to post out for another internal job. Management is dysfunctional.
