Seems like they are encouraged to behave in a challenging way. > Depends on who you report to will literally dictate the experience you will have working for Highgate. > Expectations are sometimes unrealistic > The company advertises "We put ppl first" that is not completely true > HRM & HRD's are not properly trained. Its a "sink or swim" culture. > Company often prioritizes "employee engagement" over more pressing issues. > HR community overall is not respected in Highgate & VP's do not care.
