HigherMe is an extremely poorly run organization with no culture. Leadership lacks experience and guidance. Employees in the Toronto "office," are very cliquey and constantly talk poorly about remote workers. Rob Hunter, the CEO, thinks he is a visionary, but he is a liar and a coward. There is a reason why two out of the three initial co-founders have left the company.
