home based work, used to be pleasant job, immediate supervisors very polite and professional

sold call center to off shore company, 334 Americans out of work by the end of the year. QA is ridiculous with their pickiness on what and how every word is said. A bonus is promised if you don't quit before your scheduled last day and you have to follow all their requirements to the T or you are quickly terminated at their will with no reason putting employees in a catch 22 and under pressure until their last day. It looks like they are trying to find a reason to terminate people who are staying until the end so they don't have to pay the bonus. Customers are complaining more and more about talking to someone who doesn't speak English, hold times are 20 min or more, calls are being routed to the wrong departments. Low employee morale due to upper management's reorganization decisions to make more money for the company.
