Incredibly Misleading & Toxic Environment from Management to Managers - Marketing Coordinator bei HighKey: Mitarbeiterbewertung

HighKey is truly the worst company I've worked for. I was hired under the impression I would have one job and signed a contract for that position. When I started with the company I was actually given a different role entirely. I was trained briefly for this new role that was not in line with my skill set and over the course of several months I continued to exceed expectations within the role and surpass previous benchmarks. After several months I was seeing my workload triple to meet the companies growth rate with no additional support or alleviation of responsibilities. My manager seemed to understand, but within a couple of weeks after bringing up my struggle, I was threatened by HR and my manager with a write-up if I didn't triple my workload and output. Additionally, I witnessed blatant discrimination and inappropriate discussion from a manager towards an LGBTQ+ member of our staff after they spoke up about the company's Pride Month propaganda. Half of the staff is in PST and half is in EST, yet all staff members were expected to respond after their designated work hours. It was very clear that burnout was expected and people would be fired and replaced on a whim if management saw fit.
