No longer has the same values - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Higgidy: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Used to be a fantastic place to work with a great culture but has since been bought out. New management now puts huge amounts of pressure on the entire workforce with very little thanks or care for their well being (unless a generic employee assistance helpline counts). Pay is pretty bad and only getting worse with lack of pay increases. Staff turnover is now very high and morale is very low. Shame as it used to be a really friendly cooperative atmosphere but everyone has been stressed to the point of burnout. Management culture is also very much an in-club now and anyone out of favor tends to get bullied out
