Good culture within the office

Not great wage, didn't have progression chance

Consistent shift hours some departments have friendly professional staff.

Poor treatment of new starters and temps. No meaningful training only harsh criticism. Toxic communication culture on the night shift. Management appear reluctant to act on reports of abuse.
