Could have been better - Business Analyst bei Hidden Reflex: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Challenging work. Freedom & independence to solve issues. No hierarchy. Intense environment. Working here is for maybe top 1-2% of engineers. Anyone else will not make it. The recent review by a Gitam University intern posted that she was given "copy and paste work" -- this is because she was unable to solve any meaningful issues and had a poor attitude. When the company was going to fire her, she said she would improve, and the company gave her the easiest work to give her a chance but even then she expected senior members to constantly help her. She was not an appropriate person for the company. Another recent review by an IIT intern complained about the professionalism at the company, because he was regularly scolded. He claimed tasks which were possible were impossible -- when you state anything that is factually wrong and that you can not back up, you will be treated very harshly in the company as precision & accuracy is required...otherwise you're not a very good engineer. Company environment is intense but if you really want to do something with your skills, there's no better company and probably no company has so much CEO interaction as this one. Highly recommended, but only for highly competent and motivated people, maybe top 2% of engineers. If you want to sit on the bench, collect a salary, drink chai, look elsewhere because you'll be miserable and won't survive.

Need bigger team. Need to keep tasks and goals documented bit more and a bit more organized.

I don't see any pros, only if you are not getting a job you may try.
