Great leadership, excellent coworkers, great benefits

Having trouble getting back to servicing customers because of the acquisition by Staples.

Teamwork and working as a cohesive unit. The hours are good and the bosses are friendly. This should meet the word limit at this point.

Lack of transparency from corporate office. The pay is not necessarily commensurate with experience and there are no such things as performance reviews.
