- You get to eat one meal a day for free which is a huge perk considering most cafes I worked at you had to pay a 50% discount. - My fellow counter workers are very diligent so I do feel as though I can trust them to get things done when I tell them to. - The customer base is pretty nice and generally on the middle-age to older side.

- They take a very very long time to fix some quite important infrastructure issues. - Occasionally when the highest level manager is in a bad mood it's hard to communicate with him. - It can be hard to retain new people after they train.

Learned a lot from coworkers

Was shut down by the Health Dept. for multiple days for having rodent droppings everywhere inside. I had two upper respiratory infections while working there. Owner fired me shortly after he scheduled me, without asking, for Christmas day, and I said I could not work because I would be with family. The owner is just a very unpleasant person unless he thinks he can get something from you, his kindness is very transactional. I would not recommend anyone work here, in any position.
