There have been some great people in middle management and engineering come and go. Generally good qualified work force in operations.
Kontras
High employee turnover. Ownership is schitzo..no hesitation in doing mass layoffs when they get scared or find someone to do the work for lower salary. No loyalty or regard for employees regardless of performance. Your just a tool and a number and they only care about getting more for less.
