Learned A Lot… through Chaos and anxiety - Territory Sales Representative bei Herc Rentals: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too many to count. Ive seen physical, mental, verbal abuse at the branch management level. Ive see narcissistic behavior daily. Manipulation. Gossiping. No support. Thats all from management. They do not care about you at all. Imagine giving your life to a company and ranking top 3 in your region to get no promotion and watch someone less experienced get that job… oh and they are home watching netflix all day. This company is a joke. My DSM would never get out of the truck on ride alongs and mocked me when I asked for help and ways to grow here. I could have a class action lawsuit against this company EASILY. Oh and my coworker was stealing information and selling it to the competition. When I spoke up? I was told to sign a sheet or im fired and not to mention it again. That person still works there too thats the best part!
