Toxic workplace culture with cliquey employees with a large chunk that would ignore you from the beginning. 3 separate occasions where different colleagues hit another (all different individuals involved) and numerous misogynistic comments by staff including seniors to female colleagues. Very long hours with little reward, low commission and an extremely high turnover rate. Some staff fired for no reason even when billing more than the directors favorites or just before finalising multiple deals or due to lack of training and support. Director critical of taking holidays and would question you're personal time off. Spoke less than 50 words to the director in around 9 months of being there.
