• Pay is competitive considering it's a pure non-voice remote job • Multiple clients with multiple products (you won't get bored 😉) • Paid training even when already in production • Awesome group of people! (Everyone is welcoming and Friendly) • HMO, PTO, paid breaks and appraisals! • Engagement activities and Care packages! 💯

Kontras

More clients also mean more products, policies and processes you have to be knowledgeable about. This isn't really a "Con" but more like a challenge as you will need to find time to study them outside your 8 hour shift.
