The people who work at Heist have always been amazing - both staff and freelancers. There is a strong sense of camaraderie. The benefits package is generous (especially for the size of the company) and includes an education stipend. Overall Heist makes great work and has a good reputation.

Little room for ownership of projects, and management can be a frustrating mix of indecisive and micro-managerial. At its worst, the atmosphere can be extremely tense and disrespectful. It weighs on staff and burns people out quickly.
