You have to be good at spotting breaking news trends, high energy, and immersed in your fields of interest to succeed here. They got rid of some of the good people at the company, and the good people they did keep would eventually jump ship months later. Avoid this company if you want to be paid appropriately. If you want experience, sure it's fine. But don't expect to be paid fairly. Last I heard they were paying writers $1 per 1000 article views and they did away with the monthly base fee.
