Compensation. Salaries are ridiculous elevated because there is nothing else the company can provide.

The company is sustained by the workload of very few people. Needless to say, those few are overworked. Upper management is very hands off and not concerned about its employees, their growth, learning,or well-being. There are no processes in place and large amount of workload. It is a revolving door for numerous additional reasons.
