Working for Healthmap Solutions as a nurse was one of the worst professional experiences of my life. Management is disorganized, out of touch, and only cares about meeting numbers, not about the well-being of employees or patients. The expectations are completely unrealistic, the workload is overwhelming, and there is absolutely no support when you raise concerns. Training is rushed and inadequate, but you’re still expected to perform perfectly from day one. Leadership promotes a culture of micromanagement, fear, and burnout. Raises are a joke, and any talk of “advancement” is purely performative. You’re treated like a cog in a machine — completely replaceable and undervalued. High turnover is constant, and now I understand why. If you value your license, mental health, or dignity, run in the opposite direction.
