Strong, competent leaders who challenge poor decisions are being pushed out, while less capable individuals who avoid dissent are elevated into critical positions. The biggest contradiction is the gap between the company’s proclaimed “Trailblazer” culture and reality. Instead of fostering bold thinking and innovation, the environment now rewards staying quiet, playing it safe, and preserving one’s job.
