Based on my personal experience 1.Bad promotion policy (No Growth) There is no promotion policy,You never know what you need to do to get a promotion. 2. Worst code and poorest possible software architecture.No room to learn something new. 3. School like work culture, every day HR/Admin will check your 'uniform’, ‘Tie’,’In Time’,’Out Time’,’Break Time’. 4. Forget salary yearly hikes. 5. Too much monitoring on employee. 6. Most ridiculous and illogical taxation policy of account department. 7. No flexibility in work timing Like call center. 8. No paid leaves (Leave balance includes in CTC). 9. There is no vision of company.
