For example: almost always the day before a big holiday or holiday weekend, management will close early to allow employees to get home to family. Company gatherings are always very thoughtful - past events included a Casino night and Murder Mystery Interactive Dinner. Christmas/Holiday parties are planned every year, and other yearly gatherings are family inclusive or spouse inclusive. Christmas bonuses, year end bonuses.
