Pay is competative, work is not demanding at times, plenty of chances to slack off, the company is not very ambitious, so if neither are you, you'll fit right in. Be prepared to deal with tons of idiots and bureaucracy, as well as nepotisam and good-ole-boy mentality at the top.

If you're a "made" person, you will thrive, despite of your lack of ability or low IQ. Competency is not a requirement for this job, but dealing with arrogant idiots, and stupid decisions on daily basis is. The CEO seems utterly uninterested to make any changes, and despite his "open door" policy will ignore all grievances, questions and suggestions. Stay away.
