Pros
The free surgery benefit is nice. The amount of vacation days is nice as well. There are no other pros but I had to write at least 20 words so I'm just filling space.
Kontras
Upper management micromanages and is more concerned about numbers on a spreadsheet than how overworked their employees are. They are very reactive instead of being proactive. The company does not replace employees when they quit, which is often. They just shuffle the work to everyone else in the department even if they are not trained. They don't investigate when several people from the same department quit and try to figure out why so many long term employees are quitting. Upper management talks down to you and treats you like a child. They don't trust that you will come in everyday and do your job. They make you keep track down to the minute how long it takes you to do the different duties of your job, even as far as how long it takes you to answer emails and phone calls. Upper management makes changes without thinking things through or how that change will affect how other locations are currently running. The pay for the amount of work you do is horrible. Good luck getting a pay increase. There's no recognition throughout the company for a job well done or going above and beyond.
