-Some people naturally do well at this type of job and some don't. Some sort of sales experience helps but you're selling insurance over the phone to a specific group of people and there are good salesmen that just don't do well in this situation. I don't really see it as a con but as you can see from the bad reviews, these people were the ones that didn't do well. It's a sales job, and that means 80/20, 80% will fail and 20% will do good. You never know until you take a chance.
