WorkForce sets your schedule by seniority, Ridiculous Goals set for reps. Must comply with Average Hold Time, Average Call Time, if over the set standard you go onto a progressive plan. Also unrealistic time off. If not approved by Workforce, you have to call out. Which then counts against you when reviews and promotions come around.

I enjoyed helping members in a call center environment providing information about their plan and assisting in billing issues to avoid cancellations.

Kontras

The underwriters decided to no longer underwrite the plan.

1)The company tends to reward employees based on the length of employment not skills, qualifications or contributions. 2)Due to the industry there is a lot of secrecy and employees rarely get to see the big picture of how the company operates/generates revenue. 3)Communication breakdown between departments.
