The platform is an important platform and fills a need at health insurance payer organizations that is badly needed in this day with skyrocketing health care costs. The office in Powell is an upscale space conveniently located above a tavern and the work environment is relatively low-key and low-stress. Everyone works hard to reach the goals and the goals tend to be well defined tho sometimes shifting.

Management is more worried about making the company look attractive on paper than doing what is best for the platform and its customers. For a long time they invested in the payer side and left the care management side (developed in Powell) to wither in the marketplace. By the time they noticed it was too late. They addressed it by green-fielding a new application, hiring and expensive SVP of development, then letting go a bunch of the experience on the platform.
