Pros
There is no culture in this place. All about who you know. A lot of preference for promotions versus people that actually get the work done. Management is a mess. Pay is VERY low.
Kontras
A lot of turnover and that’s because of management, but HR and higher ups don’t see it that way. HR is a mess, not a real department. Nothing stays confidential with them and they will lie to get you in trouble if they want you out.
