Pros
Pay, Management, Schedule, flexibility, fulfillment, co workers. Every one I work with is super nice, its a fun atmosphere. The work is rewarding and if you are a hard worker you will be rewarded. I have some health issues and need some time for doctors and they have been so supportive and flexible. You will have quality reviews , they are so understanding and encouraging it is insane. They throw little parties here and there and each month there is a cake bought for every ones who's birthday it is that month. Also a super clean and organized work place. Every one is willing to help.

There may be some down time from time to time. The benefits are good but could be better. I have seen some temps leave within a month but due to a perm job offer from a different opportunity, so there is some of a turn over.
