Salaries are low and stagnant. Information isn't shared across depts. and isn't shared by mgmt. No real open door policy. No confidentiality or real HR dept. Poor career advancement and occasionally deliberately holding people back for political and/or personal reasons. Low opportunities for training. Thankless. Employees are treated as bodies/machines/a number not actual human beings. Raises aren't given regularly and when they are they are not even the cost the living increase, usually 1 or 2% at most.
