Terrible CEO! - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Health Analytics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I always felt like my managers listened to my issues and gave lots of training and help when needed. They really work as a team here to get it done each and every work day! I feel fortunate to have been apart of such a hard working bunch.

Management can feel too hands on at time.

I don’t know what took over the management team here about a year ago, but YIKES! It was bad. I almost considered leaving and I even started looking on job boards. I’m glad none of it came to anything though because they’re doing much better now. I want to chalk it up to just the stress of 2020, but I also don’t want to just give them a free pass. If anything, I’m still giving Health Analytics all 5 stars for being so resilient and for being run by people who are big enough to own up to their mistakes and make amends. No one’s perfect and I’d rather work for people who don’t try to pretend they are.

Like I said, last year was a doozy and I hope I never experience any repeats of it in my tenure with the company.
