DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They are extremely disorganized and the owners change their mind almost on a daily basis. You never know what is expected of you, as that changes as well, and if anything goes wrong, the blame always falls on the staff. So many of my coworkers would be pushed beyond their limits in order to make the owners richer and we, the employees, would never benefit. These men are GREEDY. The owner has innapropriate relations with his female staff and it made for a highly uncomfortable work space. They fired almost all of their employees, including myself, in order to make themselves richer and take rides in private jets. Those that stayed were forced to work even longer hours in order to keep their job. My heart goes out to those still working for them as I know it is a difficult time to seek jobs elsewhere. I hope anyone reading this will not buy into their lies, and they tell many, and seek employment elsewhere. They don't care about the community or people's families as they so proudly claim. Truly disgusting individuals. *Many of the positive reviews are not for this company, this company only operates in Carpinteria and Arcata*
