Pros
First employer where I didn't feel my job is a job but more a natural extension of my lifestyle. There's a lot of support to become better and grow as a recruiter. This directly correlates to your commission check so you can see each month how the support makes you better.
I also don;t have to wear any office attire, come in at a certain time, can eat in between if I want. Complete control over my hours I love it.
