Pros
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far working for Haystack Consulting. We work with many different clients, in a lot of different industries, so we get to help create a wide variety of technology. In my opinion, one of the best parts is our approach to consulting. It's a priority of the company to include the people building the software in most (if not all) client meetings, to ensure that there is no loss of communication between the client, product owner, and developers. We make our best effort to ensure that everyone is on the same page every step of the way.
Aside from that, here is a list of other pros that are worth mentioning:

Kontras
Things are very fast-paced and we are a small company, so sometimes the workload can be a little intense. That being said, I have never been asked to work over my 40 hours per week in my time here so far. That has happened to me with previous employers.
Since it is a startup, there isn't necessarily a clear "ladder" to climb at the moment. We have had employees shift around and change their titles based on new desires in their career, though, so Haystack is flexible in that way.
